Privacy Policy

Liran ("we") makes WAVEDROP. We collect as little as possible and never sell your data.
What the app sends us
- An anonymous computer ID — a one-way hash of your computer's Windows ID, so your free trial and licence work. It can't be turned back into anything about you.
- App version and Windows version, the time you last opened the app, and how many tracks you've saved (a number only).
- Your licence key and email if you buy or activate a plan.
- Support messages you choose to send, and the app log you choose to attach (it lists recent links you dropped and errors).
What stays on your computer
Your music, your download history, and your SoundCloud and Bandcamp sign-ins stay on your computer. You sign in on those services' own pages; we never see your passwords.
Website
The website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our server keeps standard access logs (IP address, pages, time) for security for up to 30 days, and counts downloads.
Payments
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record), which receives your payment details and billing address under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email, plan and order details — never your card number.
Who processes data for us
- Lemon Squeezy — payments, tax and licence keys
- Our hosting provider (Render.com or similar) — runs our server and database
How long we keep it
Account and licence data: while you're a customer and up to 7 years for tax records. Support messages: up to 3 years. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by emailing support@wavedrop.app. If you're in Canada, you're also protected by PIPEDA; in the EU/UK, by the GDPR — you can complain to your data protection authority.
Children
WAVEDROP isn't directed at children under 16.
